In order for a pre-owned GMC model to get the CPO designation, it has to pass a road test, as well as a rigorous 172-point inspection conducted by a factory-trained technician.

If anything needs to be replaced, it will get a genuine GMC part. Plus, these cars can’t be older than five years or have more than 75,000 miles on the odometer.

Covered by Warranties

Every new GMC car comes with a three-year/36,000-mile new car warranty, and all CPO vehicles get whatever remains.

If the original warranty is no longer applicable or once it ends, you will get a one-year/12,000-mile bumper-to-bumper limited warranty. On top of that, you will get a powertrain warranty good for up to six years or 100,000 miles.

With any GMC CPO model, you will be able to take a look at its complete history report. This will give you information about its previous repairs and services, as well as if it was involved in any accidents.
