About the GM Educator Program
Maybe you bought extra classroom supplies instead of concert tickets this school year, or you missed a big evening out because you were helping students study. Whatever role you play at your school, you deserve the GM Educator offer. Current employees* of a public school, private school, college or university can receive a special offer on the purchase or lease of eligible, new Buick, GMC vehicles. Educator Eligibility
Who is eligible for the program?
If you’re a current employee of a public school, private school, university or college, you are eligible for the GM Educator Program. Eligible participants are able to sponsor their spouse and dependent children and stepchildren, provided the children are either under 21 years of age or full-time students under 25 years of age on the date of purchase.
Which vehicles are eligible for the program?
Many new and unused 2022, 2021 and 2020 GM cars; SUVs; crossovers; midsize, light-duty and HD pickup trucks; and passenger and cargo vans are eligible. See a list of eligible vehicles. Vehicle eligibility may change over time, so check before you buy.
Rules & Guidelines
The General Motors Educator Program (The Program) provides eligible participants (The Participant) with the opportunity to apply program offers to the purchase/lease of eligible new and unused vehicles at a participating dealer.
By purchasing or leasing a vehicle through The Program, both The Participant and Sponsored Purchaser acknowledge these Rules and Guidelines and agree to abide by them.
It is the responsibility of The Participant to know the rules of The Program as set forth in this document and to make them known to their Sponsored Purchasers. Violations of these rules by the Participant may result in sanctions against The Participant.
The Program may be withdrawn at any time, and its terms are subject to change from time to time by General Motors (GM). Final decisions in all matters relating to the interpretation of any rule or phrase of this activity rest solely with General Motors.
Please note that employees of state or municipal governments may be subject to restrictions that limit their ability to accept this offer.
