This dealership is pathetic to deal with. I would not recommend them to anyone anymore (already referred 3 people, who bought vehicles before I knew how terrible they are to deal with). I bought my truck there and the extended warranty and have had nothing but issues with it and they refuse to fix it correctly. It is unreliable and broke down on me and my family 3 times. Ended up having to take the truck and trade it elsewhere for a new one because they would not properly fix it and it couldn’t be relied on.
My whole experience from booking my appointment to picking the car up was fantastic. Lynn is a great service writer, give her a raise!!!

I went for a oil change and they forgot to reset the oil counter reminder. Now I have to deal with it reminding me to change my oil until next time.

I liked Brianna, I didn't like being passed around to different people once the sale price was agreed on. I did not like that I felt being take advantage of with warranties, I felt like was a shell game. then after the sale I was given another person, Joe, to show us the vehicle, it was more about onstar and the radio. not enough operation instructions. I found the staff to be courteous, well informed and helpful. Rose took me home after I dropped off my car. I knew Gibson Mattice would do a thorough job inspecting my car and give me the best advice as to how to proceed. Then I picked up my car later in the day and Julie took my payment and guided me to where I would find my car.

I dropped my vehicle off for service . When I picked my vehicle up, my service tire monitor light was on which was not on when I dropped the vehicle off. When I approached the service agent about this, she asked the mechanic that serviced my car to come out and speak with me. He said that it was a bad sensor and the tire pressure was fine. The service dept is always clean and well kept, service advisors are communicative and very accommodating. I didn’t ask, but was hoping, that my vehicle would be washed when I picked it up after the service was complete. To my surprise my truck, after being repaired, was washed and freshened up on the inside. That was huge, made my day. Or rather I’m still a little impressed almost a week later. Please thank the people behind the scenes that made my experience smooth and impressive.
