When I first met Fernando, he was very pleasant and not pushy or imposing. He simply tried to help me and answer whatever questions I had. When I was finally convinced to buy, we sat down and spoke for a while, not even about the car while we were figuring things out. I have a 2025 Hummer EV which I purchased in VA. After approximately 3 months, the charging system (main battery) malfunctioned! Because I live in MD, I took it to the closest warranty dealership in Elkton on October 20th. To say this experience was extremely frustrating is an understatement!! Battery Change Event Had a scheduled appointment for a battery change which I was told would only take an hour. Over 2 hours later, I was presented with a video production of all the problems with my vehicle in the thousands of dollars which I did not ask for. More time was spent on the check in/check out process and video production than the time it would take any semi-skilled mechanic to swap out a battery. Incredible Disappointing Experience!!!

This young man was absolutely exceptional!! Out of my decades of purchasing vehicles he made my experience at Patriot the easiest, quickest, and most efficient one that I have ever had! Patriot always does an amazing job on my car. In and out quick, and lots of great, friendly people. The free Starbucks is always a highlight. Kasey, the service advisor, really knows his stuff. They call him the “Amish Superman” because of the speed and accuracy of how well he does his job. Highly recommend bringing your car to this dealership.

When I first bought this truck back in 2017 the dealership honored Veterans so they greatly honored me. The service manager knows people and walked me through my repairs like it was his truck. I personally had a conversation with the tech who did my work and we need to keep talent like him.

I came to the dealer for oil change in front brake pad! And she recommended a few other services, which I OK agreed!
She never mentioned the prices then I got surprised!
I asked for front pads and they change the rotors to without consulting me and telling me that I get so surprised of the price in there too!
And I have VIP service pass and she charged me for oil change and be that supposed to be tire rotation, and they never did or never check the pressure of the tires!

Commission first customer 2nd. $2,000 In “required service” went to my Mitsubishi dealer it was $600 for required work.
Took my 2019 Tahoe in for inspection. The service advisor had the wrong ticket up and would have charged me $1000 for services I did not need. Luckily my husband keeps good records and he called to speak with a supervisor, that is when it was discovered that she had the wrong ticket up. No apologies were made, I spent four hours there on my day off. Extremely frustrating. Very disappointed.
Waiting on status of rain guards from GM that were installed by dealer as there is a defect with these parts as the do not fit correctly with our cars windows.
I had purchased a used GMC truck. I also purchased the exterior/ interior warranty. I’m so glad I did.! My truck got a pretty bad scratch on the side of the bed. I brought the truck to the dealership and John Landosca General Manager along with the sales team had my truck repaired. It looks great and it did not cost me a dime.
Went above and beyond even after I needed them even after I signed and took my truck home! Sarah, Josh, John and the rest of the team are A plus!
My window tint was damaged and they tried to hide it. They didn't reset brake life as requested. After servicing the battery the negative terminal was left loose. Seems like the mechanics don't care about customer cars

I was told I have parallel park for my car and today I was told I don’t have parallel park, which is very disappointing. I also have a rattle in my dashboard which the tech people are going to look into.
