Who Qualifies For The GM First Responder Discount?
Discount is available on eligible, new Buick, GMC vehicles to the following: paid or volunteer Firefighters, Police — including Police Officers, Sheriffs, and Sheriff’s Deputies, Correctional Officers, State Troopers and Federal Law Enforcement Officers — EMTs/Paramedics and 911 Dispatchers.
What Vehicles Are Eligible For The GM First Responder Discount?
BOYERTOWN First Responders can choose from a great number of new and unused Buick, GMC cars; SUVs; crossovers; midsize, light-duty, and HD pickup trucks; and passenger and cargo vans are eligible. Vehicle eligibility may change over time, so check before you buy.
Firefighters, Police, EMT / Paramedic Verification:
GM will be utilizing First Responder ID (ID.me) to verify program eligibility criteria is met for Firefighters (paid or volunteer), Police — including Police Officers, Sheriffs/Sheriff’s Deputy, Correctional Officers, State Troopers and Federal Law Enforcement Officers — EMTs/Paramedic. Once verified they will be able to obtain an Authorization Code for the discount. They should bring the authorization code and a copy of their driver’s license with the license number redacted to the dealership.
911 Dispatch Verification:
911 Dispatchers will create an account at www.gmfirstresponderdiscount.com by clicking on “Get Authorization Number.” Once you have created an account you will be able to receive their Authorization Code. They should bring the authorization code and a copy of their driver’s license with the license number redacted to the dealership. They will also need to provide a copy of a valid and current year 911 training and education document, or 911 card that contains the Participant’s full name.
