Joe Abidelli is the man! He and the staff at Patriot GMC were great to deal with. Joe was easy to talk to, not pushy and provided great communication all the way till the day we picked up our used 4Runner. Everyone I talked with from managers to finance talked to me like we knew each other for years. They made us feel comfortable in every step of the way. When I was finally convinced to buy, we sat down and spoke for a while, not even about the car while we were figuring things out. He embodies the no pressure sales tactic, while doing what he can for his company, which I respect greatly. I think he’s a great asset to his dealership.
